Cigarettes are among the top 10 killers of humans and in Australia it accounts for 11% of all deaths annually. According to statistics of Australian Council on Smoking and Health, a staggering 5.3 million of the population are smokers and 18,000 people die prematurely due to tobacco related illnesses, no doubt that people who smoke need to quit this habit in order to regain their health and lives. The Australian government is all out with its effort to curb smoking, especially among the young adults and the adolescents. A shocking AUD$ 30 million is spent annually on cigarettes by college students alone in Australia.
